Join the Northville Tree Champions and the Friends of Maybury State Park for a walk through the park as we identify trees.

Registration info and additional details will be available closer to the date of this event.  This event has a limited number of participants.  If you register and find you are unable to attend, please contact us ASAP so someone else is able to attend.

The Park has several pairs of EnChroma glasses, for those with red-green colorblindness, that can be reserved to use at this event.  To reserve, call the park office at 248-349-8390.  These are free of charge to use in Maybury State Park.

Hazards: You may encounter uneven surfaces with mud or water. Bugs such as ticks and mosquitos are prevalent.

What to bring: Bug spray, sunscreen and water.

What to wear: Dress for the weather, this event is 100% outdoors. Appropriate footwear is essential. You may encounter uneven surfaces with mud or water. Recommend hat and light-colored long pants and shirt.

Weather Cancelation: Event will happen rain or shine but could be canceled in the event of severe weather. Participants will be notified of any weather-related changes via email prior to the event.
